You must have an annual membership to Biggers Sports & Fitness. We have a card access system on the entrance doors in the parking garage; in order to enter the building you will need your membership card. To gain access to the building you will need to hold your card in front of the card reader, then the door will unlock; you will need to bring you card with you each visit. Sign up for your membership or renewal here.

RUNNING/WALKING CLASS This 9-week training program will offer two 45-minute sessions per week and will cost $99. Upon completion, runners will compete in a 5K race. Beginners welcome! Class will meet at Biggers Mon & Wed at 6:00 am. Dates TBD!

“I’ve loved running since childhood, but gave it up during college and most of my career. Just like lots of other folks, I started an interval exercise class at my work fitness center to get healthier. In the process, I rediscovered the exhilaration of walking and running for both better health and fun. Once again I was hooked on running! I enhanced my experience by becoming a coach for small groups interested in losing weight, relieving stress and achieving their goals. These goals ranged from walking a mile to completing a marathon! Like everything else there is a right way to do things. If you are interested in learning how to build your endurance and want to participate in an organized, proven, and safe way to walk/run, then my class is for you!”

DANCE AEROBICS All fitness levels are welcome! Dance Aerobics combines exercise and easy to follow dance movements to fun music. Burn calories while increasing strength and flexibility. M/T/TH/F 9:00 - 10:00 am $96 for 12 week session (4xweek) T/TH 5:30 - 6:30 pm $75 per 12 week session (2xweek)
TAI CHI Tai Chi Qi Gong Wellness is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing art consisting of deep stretching from head to toe with slow and relaxed movements for total self-development. Wear comfortable shirt and long pants. Thursday 11:00 – Noon $65 per month
ZUMBA**
A fuse of Latin music and moves for a fun workout. Fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning calories. **Class is held in Room 391, Wallace Building. Monday Noon - 1:00 pm $35 per month
ZUMBA GOLD**
Designed for the active older adult or the true beginner, Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but it certainly is as fun! **Class is held in Room 391, Wallace Building. See what the Today Show is saying about Zumba Gold! Wednesday Noon – 1:00 pm $35 per month
STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN*
Classic yoga poses combined with stretching; breathing exercises with relaxation period at end of class. *Class is held in room 329, Wallace Building Tuesday Noon - 1:00 pm $24 per month
