Scholarships

General Criteria
          - Scholarships are available throught HPUMC Youth Department
          - Scholarships are given on a financial need basis
          - Youth must be a member or an active non-member
          - Scholarships must be applied for for every trip
          - Scholarships cannot be retro-active
          - Scholarships are based on availability of funds and may not be available just because the criteria are met
          - Criteria are not steadfast and can be amended, in cooperation with
                    HPUMC Leadership, Financial department, and Youth Staff
       

Requirements
          - Application process:
                    - Youth must send an email to Drew stating the need for scholarship and why they want to go on the trip.
                    - Parents must send an email to Drew as well stating what level of scholarship they need
                              - 25%
                              - 50%
                              - 100%
                              - Please be mindful that our resources are limited and are based on financial need only.
                    - Youth and / or Parents MUST aquire at least HALF of the MAX Discount Hours to receive scholarship

          - Application Deadlines
                    - Spring Break - Februrary 1st - Approval notification by Feb 15th
                    - Summer - May 1st - Approval notificaiton by May 15th
