Caitlin holds a Master of Music degree in choral conducting from the University of North Texas. She also holds the Bachelor of Music Degree magna cum laude from UNT. After teaching high school choir and completing all of college, she set off across the world and ended up living some time in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. While living overseas with her sister, she conducted a semi-professional choir of twenty-four singers. When she moved back to the states, she met the love of her life, Matthew, and they married in Hawaii in October of 2009. She began her music career with piano lessons at age four and singing in church and school choirs. Caitlin has been a soprano soloist and choral singer in the Dallas area for nearly ten years. She currently sings with the professional choir, Orpheus. Other groups include Texas Choral Artists, Dallas Bach Society, and the Collegium Early Music Singers. She has also sang at the Taipei International Choral Festival in Taipei, Taiwan. She is also the Artistic Director of a new Dallas-based professional choir called Project Eve. Caitlin loves working with the Youth Choir at HPUMC and has a blast planning Dessert Theater shows and tour.
